Nathan's room

First off- pardon the mess in the photos, current roommate is moving out! It’s a very nice spot right in the heart of NE Minneapolis- it’s close to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, etc., but also quiet with ample parking, even in winter. You will have your own private bedroom, and share kitchen and bathroom. We have a nice deck and a nice backyard, lots of storage space, there’s free on site laundry, and the landlord and neighbors are very cool. Tenants pay electricity, gas and internet, which averages about $150 a month. It’s really low in the summer, but can be pretty high in the winter. The furnishings largely belong to my current roommate, so having your own household stuff is great. She’s in the process of moving out, so the pics reflect her decor, so it’s pretty much a clean slate and I’m open to changing things up!

I’m a front end assistant manager at a food coop, and a death doula in recovery for addiction, so no partiers please. I work a lot, and I like to work out, bike, spend time in nature, read, write, meditate, spend time with friends and family, volunteer, go to shows, dance, play guitar, listen to music, and do a little chilling and watching tv/movies when I have time. I also do a lot of food prep, so flexibility with kitchen space is a plus :) Message me if you think it would be a good fit!
