Brianna's room

Newly updated home, 5 bed 3 full bath. Fully finished basement with laundry room. House is furnished including the bedroom which has: bed frame, mattress, dresser, and night stand. We have AC and Heating. Long driveway and street parking. I do have a dog who is pretty energetic and very friendly as well as a new 4 month old puppy, the backyard is fenced and they have a dog door. Home is part of an HOA so the neighborhood is very well kept and there’s an awesome view of the mountains.

There’s two roommates in the basement, and the room upstairs will be available September 12th when my current roomate moves out.

About me: I’m usually at work (I do sometimes work from home) and when I’m not working and at home I like to relax and keep to myself for the most part. Im outgoing and like to be outdoors on my off days, at a coffee shop or on a hike.

The room available is on the first floor and will come furnished. The bathroom is shared as a guest bathroom if people are over but otherwise is private and is a full shower tub combo. Parking is available for one car. Unfortunately we can not accommodate any other pets at this time, as I already have one dog and a new puppy. The room will be available for $960 (Including Utilities) I am flexible on lease length.

My two roommates that have the basement rooms are really easy going. They’re both clean and friendly. We all work around each others schedules when it comes to laundry and cooking, etc. One boy and one girl, both of them aren’t home too much.
