About the room
Hello! I own a house too big for me. I have an open room for rent. Rent covers all utilities including internet. I can provide a queen size mattress if needed otherwise the room would be unfurnished. Pets are allowed so long as they get along with my 2 cats. Smoking is okay as long as it’s outside or on the porch. Will need to pass a background check.
