This is a shared home with 4 bedrooms, (3 other roommates). The bedroom listed is $950/mo. With a $950 deposit. You will have a shared bathroom. You will have full access to the brand new custom designed chef’s kitchen, the patio area, brand new custom designed living room with brand new furnishings. Cable, high speed internet, (utilities will be split amongst the 4 of us). I have 2 large dogs and 2 cats, so unfortunately cannot accommodate more animals as the home is only approximately 1200sq. Ft. You will also have washer and dryer access and will each have a parking spot in front of the house, (I live in a quiet cul de sac).

I am in my early 40’s. I work full-time. I’m looking for hard working, courteous and kind individuals to share my home with. Must work full time. No remote work as working from home impacts bills and we split bills 1/4; currently renting the home are myself, another female and male, both in their early/mid 20’s and both work full-time.
