About the room
Older house. Basement is finished in rooms are carpeted. Owner will live upstairs. Tenants will live downstairs with private bathroom and own room. Laundry is downstairs and shared. Kitchen is upstairs and shared. Parking is Streetside parking. There is no parking in the driveway. Pets can be negotiated for a fee. Bills are split 50/50.
About the roomies
I am the only one who lives in the house. Although during the summer I do rent out the upstairs as an airbnb. There might be some tenant overlap from the Airbnb and as the tenant moves in. I am relatively quiet. I would ask that you be quiet during night time hours as well. One guest is allowed over on the weekends.
