Jack's room

This is a 1200 sq ft single-story single family home in a quiet and well-established neighborhood close to downtown Salem, Willamette University, and major bus lines. The home comes with A/C, W/D, en-suite private bathroom, and on-street parking. All utilities are included, and for an extra monthly fee you can rent a second shared space for a work from home office environment/home office. The room itself comes with a nice size reach-in closet that has custom built-ins, and the room is a cozy size that can fit the essentials.

I am in my mid-30s, single, and live alone with my cat and my 40 lb. Staffy mix dog. I identify as non-binary and queer. I work full-time outside of the home and would appreciate someone who enjoys dogs and cats but doesn’t have any pets of their own. I am hoping to find a housemate who feels comfortable with living fairly separate lives, but who is kind and friendly and might enjoy making a meal together from time to time.
