The apartment itself has a large kitchen with gas range, hardwood floors throughout, several skylights and windows for plentiful natural light, and a bathroom with two showers (in case you feel like adding variety to your hygiene routine). Also, there’s a washing machine and dryer downstairs in the basement- hooray!

The house has a safe convenient location in Inner Richmond. We’re two blocks from Golden Gate Park and have easy access to many major bus lines (the 31/31AX/31BX stops at the end of our block, the 5 and 38/38L are about five minutes away, and the 1, 2, 3, and 28 are roughly ten minutes distant). We’re close to many great fresh produce markets including Thom’s Natural Foods for those living the organic lifestyle, as well as some great restaurants including Aziza for Moroccan, Ton Kiang for dim sum, Tommy’s Mexican Restaurant (best tequila selection north of the Rio Grande), the fabulously ornate Khan Toke for Thai, and PPQ Dungeness Island, just off the top of our collective heads. The neighborhood is quiet, residential, and safe, though within walking distance of more lively streets.

Tenants pay for water, electricity and gas. Washer and dryer are free of charge and the landlord pays for garbage.
