Female roommate needed to share a 2 bdrm, 2 bath Furnished condo close to downtown. Non-smoker, no drugs. The cost will be $700 mo + ½ of internet and 1/2 of APS. I have 2 cats so no other animals. Landlord will require a light background check and sign a 1 year lease.

The owners of the condo live in town and take care of all repairs right away. They do require a light background check to make sure no evictions. There is a $35 fee which is refundable once you are approved. The condo has a little deck. The condo is completely furnished. All you will need are your personal belongings. You can move in right away. As stated above, I have 2 cats that are well-behaved, so other animals may not work out.
