I’m currently looking for a roommate to live with me at coppertree townhomes, in Taylo. I’m not currently able to take pictures of his room, because he is not comfortable with that, but you will be allowed to come and see it if you are interested.

Some things you should know before messaging me are that you will be expected to sign a document detailing a few things you’ll be expected to do if you decide to live here. It’s just to ensure that it’s documented that we split rent and some utilities, for example, one of these things will be that we split the rent 60/40 and utilities down the middle. Another requirement detailed in the document will be the use of surveillance throughout the apartment common areas. You will be allowed access to these cameras upon request and that will also be detailed within the agreement. The subscription for these cameras will be added to the cost of living, however I wasn’t sure exactly how much it would be so I didn’t detail it. You’re probably looking at about $17.50.

Other than that, your benefits to staying here are that the entire house is furnished, besides your room, of course. With dishes a microwave, stove, fridge, dining room table, couch, TV ECT. You will be allowed to use these items, plus the ones that belong to the apartment complex, but when using my things, it’s best to keep in mind that they are not yours and you should treat them with respect.
