Fully furnished bedroom in 2BD apt in Sunnyside Queens.
I’m moving out September 1st and looking to sublease the primary bedroom for 7 months until March 31, 2024. Option to renew 1 year lease at that time.
The two bedroom apartment includes washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher and all other kitchen appliances, as well as a sofa, coffee table, TV, and eat-in kitchen.
The bedroom has a closet, work desk, dresser, window air conditioning, and TV. Queen size bed with 4 layer foam mattress and nightstand.
10 minutes walk to 7 train (40th St. - Lowery St.), 30 mins commute to Grand Central. The neighborhood is quiet with several grocery stores, restaurants and shops within walking distance.
About the roomies
My roommate is quiet, friendly and a lgbtq+ ally.
He works in the city 3 days a week (Tuesday, Friday, Saturday). Making his food at home and keeping an apartment clean. No parties but doesn’t mind if you have friends over. Knowledge of nutrition and fitness. Learning Korean language and fan of k-pop music.
Looking for a one person to live with and keep an apartment clean and be respectful to each other.
Share of Spectrum Wi-Fi, gas, electricity utilities. One month security deposit and lease is required.
No smoking in the house.
