The room is furnished with a queen bed, a nightstand, a nightstand lamp, a desk, a chair, and a built-in closet. Utilities such as heat, gas, water, and internet are included. The bathroom is shared with another female. Kitchen, dining area, and laundry are furnished and accessible on the first floor. Parking is in front of the house. No drugs, no smoking, and no pets are allowed in the house!

The room is located on the second floor of a single family home. The house is located in a cul-de-sac of a quiet and safe neighborhood. It is close to Fair Lakes shopping center (2.4 miles away), Greenbriar shopping center (0.7 miles away), Fair Oaks Mall (3.2 miles away), and Dulles Airport (10 miles away).

We are friendly and communicative. We like to keep the common areas clean (preferably no dirty dishes left over night). While we don’t mind chatting from time to time in the common areas, we totally respect boundaries and your personal quality time in your room. Since work days can be tiring, we prefer to keep things quiet down after 11pm on the weekdays. We hope to find a roommate that can share the same qualities🙂.
