Seeking a female-identifying roommate only, please! Private room + bathroom + living room – we will only share a kitchen and laundry room!

Fantastic central location in the Elton Hills neighborhood! Six minutes from the Mayo Clinic St. Mary’s campus and eight minutes from the Methodist campus. There is street parking available, as well as a bus stop about a two-minute walk away. Target, Walmart, and Costco are all about a five-minute drive away, as well as plenty of restaurants. Lowertown is also only five minutes away, and downtown is about seven minutes away.

As for living space, you’ll have the entire finished area of the basement to yourself: the living room, bathroom, and bedroom are all yours! The only time I’ll ever be downstairs is to access the storage/laundry room, which is right next to the stairs. I have a completely fenced-in backyard and deck, and you’re welcome to use it as much as you like (including a small garden plot if you’re interested). The only area of the house we would share is the kitchen.

It’s only me and my cat Pippin! I’m a 29-year-old woman who has had roommates for over ten years, so I’m no stranger to sharing spaces! I keep my space relatively clean/quiet and would ask that we keep the shared kitchen space clean. I love to watch movies, play video/board games, do crafts, cook, and be involved in Rochester’s local community theatre when I can! I’m also a very friendly person and would be totally down for roomie bonding, but I’m also 100% good with hanging out alone as well if you’d prefer.

Also, I don’t smoke cigarettes, and I would prefer someone who also doesn’t. Please let me know if you’re interested in living with me!
