Large 11.5’ x 13’ furnished bedroom with standard sized double-door closet in a 1-story ranch style brick home. Set in a quiet, well established, family-friendly neighborhood in Dallas, NC. Just minutes from Hwy 321 & I-85. The home has an adequate sized covered front porch for outdoor sitting & it sits on over a quarter acre corner lot so there is plenty of yard space for outdoor activities & relaxing.

In addition to the bedroom for rent, you will have access to the entire home with exception of the other bedrooms (currently occupied). The home includes a large livingroom area, attached kitchen which is equipped with all necessary appliances, & an attached laundry room equipped with full-sized washer & dryer. The occupant of this room will share a bathroom with two other occupants in the home. The bathroom is conveniently located across the hallway for easy access.

Additional note: The available bedroom currently has a large dresser (chest of drawers), an upright bookshelf with built in writing desk which has been anchored to the wall. There are also two nightstand tables on either side of the full-sized bed, a computer chair, two small lamps, a TV stand, & a 32“ flat screen TV in the room. These items will stay in the room & you are welcome to use them as part of your room’s furnishings during your lease. Any additional furniture that you feel you might need will be your responsibility to furnish during your lease.

I currently live in the home along with two other roommates. We currently have 4 cats in the home. We are a pet friendly home but if you currently have a pet(s), we would like to know more before making any final decisions.

You must be able to tolerate cats free roaming the house with the exception of your room… you always have the option to keep the door closed at all times to keep our cats out. All other doors in the home are left open for our pets.

You will be responsible for cleaning up after yourself in all communal areas of the home. You will be solely responsible for the cleanliness of your private bedroom.

Personal supplies such as laundry detergent, toiletries, groceries, etc. will be your responsibility to purchase & supply yourself.

You will be given room in the refrigerator, freezer, & pantry to store food and drink items. You will also have access to all kitchen appliances & cookware to prepare your meals as needed.

Parking is available directly next to or behind the carport/driveway. You will not have a covered parking space as I have mobility issues & must park my vehicle close to the house. You are welcome to park on the grass next to or behind the carport.

Important: NO smoking of cigarettes, cigars, or cannabis in the house at any time but you must be able to tolerate incense smoke & scented candles in the home.
