Couples are okay, however, an extra $200 is required per additional adult. A background check through your Roomies account must be completed/available.

We have a private room available for rent in their house. The room has its own bathroom and has its own separate entrance away from the rest of the house and available parking on the driveway. The room & bathroom are furnished with a bed/mattress, TV, lamp, mini fridge, coffee maker, toaster oven, etc. (Rental is for the room & bathroom. Access to the rest of the house, such as the kitchen & living room, is not included.)

The house is located within a quiet, gated community with 24/7 security throughout the neighborhood. There are nice amenities inside the gated community, including a pool, tennis court, fitness center, golf club, multiple parks, and even a restaurant!

The house is about 20 minutes from Downtown West Palm Beach, 15 minutes from the Palm Beach International airport, 15 minutes from the beach, and within walking distance from multiple stores & restaurants.
