We are renting a room for a single persona. It’s a nice, organize and clean room. The house has only 3 years old. Quiet community, pool and gym access. The bathroom is right next to the bedroom and nobody else use it, just when some relatives o friends come to visit us. We speak Spanish..!!! 10 minutes away from Coastal Carolina university

We are very quite couple, it’s just my husband and me and our beautiful pet.
We don’t like smokers at home, and want to find someone clean and respectful. The bathroom is right next the door.
