Unfurnished room with own bathroom and walk in closet, washer and dryer, unlimited parking, storage, club house, pool, gym and work area available 24/7 The apartment is located on the top floor and has a beautiful view, balcony and a fireplace, access to all common areas, kitchen, pantry, etc. The contract runs until 06/29/2024 and ideally I am looking for someone until this date, or at least 6 months If you co-sign the lease, I won’t need a deposit, the application fee to co-signed is $50

I am very organized, kind, friendly and respectful. I work 9 to 5 monday to friday and I have a 3 year old daughter who is with me every other week, so id be more than happy to have another single mom living with us. My baby goes to daycare so we basically just go home at night to eat and sleep, on weekends I’m usually with her at home but she will never meddle in your things, she is used to living with roommates so she is very respectful and sweet I don’t do drugs, smoke, party or drink alcohol (a cup of wine once in a while at home but never get drunk) and I want to live with someone with a similar life style.
