Renting one bedroom (non-furnished) in an awesome 3-bed townhome walking distance to everything (beach, restaurants, grocery, post office, bars). The room is 15 x 14 feet, with walk-in closet. There is a large garage (with space for renter) with washer/dryer, and there is a nice rooftop deck.
About the roomies
I am a gay male professional, fun and low drama. I enjoy hiking, scuba, sailing, wine tasting and travel. Most of my previous roommates have become good friends.
