Walkable area (a decent neighborhood bar, restaurants, markets, etc), close the freeway, close to Beverly Hills and West Hollywood. The apartment itself has an in-unit washer and dryer. Spacious. Balcony off every room.

The available room could probably use a paint as my last roommate didn’t do the greatest job, thus the lower deposit! But I’m happy to help you repaint the room in whatever color you want.

It’s just me and my dog, Blitz. He is a very chill husky, and I usually keep the place pretty clean. I work from home and am a bit of a homebody, very easy going.
