I’m looking to share my home with awesome female roommates that are like-minded and need a peaceful place to call home. I prefer someone that needs a long-term stay (12 months or more).

Room is unfurnished so you’ll bring your own furniture and style into it! $700/mo includes utilities and internet

I’m a Spanish speaking, college educated, hardworking Latina. I work from home so I’m here most of the time. I respect your space and like to keep the common areas clean, tidy and organized. I keep to myself for the most part and mind my own business so if you like your space I’m ok with that but can also socialize if you’d like. :) I am a natural introvert and have a quiet essence but am fun to talk to as well.
