The apartment is located at Altis Little Havana on 8th street! Its packed full of amenities like free coffee, resident activities, a dog park, a game room, video room, pool with jacuzzi and BBQ grill! The apartment complex has a parking garage as well and is located walking distance to all the night life yet far enough for it to be quiet and peaceful at night. My current roommate is moving out and I am looking for someone to take over her lease ASAP. I prefer mature adults and students but i am open to any LGBTQ+ person or Ally!
