Singular private room is available for rent with a large closet, freshly renovated with brand new carpet and private key, shared bathroom/shower, and fully furnished common areas to use.

Housemates are young professionals & students in their upper 20’s-early 30’s. Everyone is focused on their career/goals and is not a party house although having friends over is fine, but be respectful for when others are sleeping. Cleanliness is important, be courteous in the common areas
