Carol's room

Pet-free home… well, we have a fish! The room available is on the first floor. I can remove the bed but, it has a “full” size bed with blanket and sheets if needed. It’s not “twin”, though it looks small in photo. There is a semi-private bathroom on the same level. This bathroom is also shared by me when I am downstairs or I have guests over. But, my main bathroom is upstairs and that’s the one my son uses. The kitchen is on this level and the housemate will be be provided cabinets and may use any of my pots and pans and dishes. A small refrigerator is provided and stored in the bedroom. There is a nice yard and patio which may be used.

I live in this house with my son. He’s 7. We sleep upstairs. I’ve always had housemates so this is not new for me. I’ve had 1-3 housemates at a time in this house since 2015. I enjoy sharing my space but admit I am picky about how clean it is. I’m a tidy person. My son is great. He’s quiet and more on the mature side. He’s not noisy but can be if he has some friends over. When he does, they are mostly outside. This is a quiet house. During the schoolyear, we are out early and home at dinner time.
