She’ll have access to all furnished common areas- living room, dining room, kitchen, and 2nd floor huge loft area. No pets, no drugs, no parties, and no smoking inside the house. No overnight guests allowed. Minimum 6 months stay. Free washer and dryer. Driveway parking space included.

New community about 1.5 miles from I-75 and about 2 miles from Cambridge Square, Aldi, Walmart, Food City. Only 1 mile from Publix supermarket. Near Volkswagen plant and Southern Adventist University in Collegedale.
