Heather's room

Hello! I’m looking for a female professional to rent out the other room in my apartment. The room comes furnished with a king size memory foam mattress bed, your own in-room bathroom, a closet, a beautiful mirror, a side table with a mini fan and lamp and the room has a decent sized closet as well. You will have access to the main living areas as well as the washer and dryer in the second bathroom. Rent includes all utilities.

I am a middle school teacher who leads a quiet, healthy lifestyle. I am gone most of the day working or going to the gym. I am also very tidy and do not like messes, so I’d appreciate someone who holds the same values. Non-smoker and no pets please.
