Located near 880 and 84 bridges, this room offers convenient transportation, with just a 10-15 minute drive to the Meta headquarters campus (with a nearby Meta shuttle station) and close proximity to the Meta Fremont office.

Within a mile, you’ll find the 99 Ranch Supermarket and numerous restaurants, all within walking distance. Additionally, within a 10-minute drive, there are shopping supermarkets such as Walmart, Home Depot, Costco, Lowe’s, making daily life extremely convenient.

The area is a thriving community, ensuring safety and tranquility.

Currently, we are looking for a female tenant. You need share the bathroom with another female tenant.

The property features a backyard with a swimming pool and an oversized sunroom for exercise and relaxation. The kitchen is spacious, allowing for cooking meals with ease. The room is located on the second floor, directly facing the backyard pool, which provides a serene and pleasant view. Its southeast orientation allows you to enjoy breathtaking sunrises daily, and since most neighboring houses are single-story, the second-floor room offers a superb view of the surrounding mountains.

The house boasts two large living rooms, a sizable dining room, an extra-large kitchen, and a laundry room on the first floor. The current roommates do not require a bed, but if needed, a queen-sized bed and mattress can be provided, along with basic furniture such as cabinets, a desk, and chairs. Additionally, there’s a walk-in closet available for use.

Feel free to come and visit the room at any time, and move-in is available whenever you’re ready.

In total, there will be three female occupants in the house.All are young professionals who work nearby, with regular schedules and easy-going personalities.
