About the room
Property is used for nightly and weekly guests. We have multiple rooms available. Some with private baths and private entrances, some with shared. Very laid back environment. We have 1 basic rule and that is we don’t tolerate behavior that disrupts the rest and comfort of others.
It is a big old house with a pool on a mostly quiet street. The grocery store and downtown nightlife is within 5-15 minutes walking.
About the roomies
The other roomies will be weekly and nightly guests. Right now it is mostly workers with travelers coming and going as well. There are multiple rooms available and other ones open up frequently.
We are also looking to fill an on-site manager position to run the day to day operations.
