Also a decent size closet. $675 includes utilities. Washer and dryer can be used once a week. Street parking. Cox wifi gigablast available for an additional fee. Month to month with 14 day written notice. 1st month rent upfront and then half months rent as deposit which that can be done over 1-3 payments. I do work with you. We are a pet friendly home, there are 3 dogs in the house so that’s the max for Claremore. Dogs are very friendly. I’m picky with whom I bring into my house. I will be doing BACKGROUND CHECK and I’m looking for a FRIENDLY and CLEAN person. Male or Female. No tobacco , drugs or guns.
