To Take Over The Lease… -It’s a $250 application fee + the apartment requires you to have paid a month before moving in which is $890= $1140 deposit (i know… its wild) ONLY CONTACT ME IF YOU: -are looking for an apartment in midtown atlanta -Can be accepted by the apartment (3x rent + credit) or have a guarantor already ready! Having a guarantor adds $50 OR CAN PAY $890 BEFORE SEPTEMBER 1st! (DO NOT FILL OUT AN APPLICATION WITHOUT SPEAKING TO ME BECAUSE THEN YOU WON’T BE TAKING MY LEASE YOU WOULD BE SIGNING A NEW ONE!!!) -Can MOVE IN BEFORE SEPTEMBER 1st and HAVE EVERYTHING TOGETHER! !!!It is the larger room with only 2 roomates!!!
