Electricity is split between roommates* (bill ranges from $50-$150 per person depending on time of year)

A little about me:

I’m a Spanish speaking, college educated, hardworking Latina. I work from home so I’m here most of the time. I respect your space and like to keep the common areas clean, tidy and organized. I keep to myself for the most part and mind my own business so if you like your space I’m ok with that but can also socialize if you’d like. :) I am a natural introvert and have a quiet essence but am fun to talk to as well.
