North Street

Large Master bedroom. 2 closets, one is a walk-in. Property is close to lots of restaurants with a few parks near by and plenty of street parking. I have nice pots and pans, but am lacking on some of the smaller kitchen items. Have a futon and TV in the living room, and am open to what ever furniture you have or what to get for the space. I’m flexible on how the shared spaces are organized. It’s just been me here for a few months so I’ve made it work for me. I’m certainly not tied to how the house is organized now. I have a meditation spot that can be shared or can go in my room. There is a TINY patio, big enough for a BBQ and not much else. There are also 2 more closets in the shared space that you are welcome to put your things in as well.

I am in the other bedroom and have a different bathroom to use. I work outside the home and spend many evenings away from home also. I do enjoy lounging at home some nights. I’m quiet and don’t drink or 420. I work early, so I’m usually in bed around 9pm most nights. I would call myself more tidy than clean. As in everything is picked up regularly, and I come through to dust and sanitize as needed. The kitchen is always wiped down and cleaned up after I use it. I am outdoorsy and like to camp and hike. I work on personal growth both mentally and physically. And I work at a Tea factory, so there is always lots of tea choices in the house that you would be welcome to.
