I’m looking for a roommate to share my fully furnished Ocean View home. You will enjoy one large, private bedroom that has a bed, dresser and closet. You will have a private bathroom in addition to the shared spaces: a living room, kitchen-dining, two full bathrooms and a shared washer & dryer. Bed linens, towels, cleaning supplies, laundry detergents, paper products and some basic pantry items/spices are provided. Professional cleaning of the shared spaces occurs once a week although daily personal cleanups in common zones is expected. My 4 bedroom, 2 bath is on Granby Street next to the golf course, just a short walk to the bay, and minutes from surrounding bases. You will have one designated parking spot on the premises. $1200 per month includes utilities & internet. Available 1 September.
