JUST IN TIME FOR CSULB & LBCC -FALL SESSIONS!

We have a STUDENT ROOM in a beautiful, modern California Villa located in a great neighborhood available. CSULB is only a half-mile away and you can walk there in 10-15 minutes. The 2 story house is large and bright. Student rooms are all on the first floor. The available room is a standard single bedroom with a semi-private bathroom shower, sink and toilet– the bathroom is a “Jack & Jill” bathroom which can only be accessed from two separate bedrooms and will be shared with another female.

The room has door access from the interior hallway as well as two large “French Doors” which open out onto the pool area.

A single bed is preferred… The room which is 10’x10.5’ is not furnished. It has a 6’x3’ walk-in closet. The house is quiet. Major freeways (I-405, I-605 and CA-22) are only a 3 minute drive from the house, making most important places within the LA and Orange county area are only a 30-40 minute trip.

Several bus stops are nearby – the bus to Disneyland stops across the street and buses to most other important destinations are less than a five minute walk from the house. Renter has access to 1st floor common areas of the house including a modern kitchen, the living room, a laundry area with washer and dryer, the outdoor patio and swimming pool. First and last month rent as well as a security deposit will be required. Note – payment options may be available for last month and security .

The owners (wife and husband) live in the upstairs suite. The other three “roomies” are all on the first floor and are college-age females, who are focused on their work. The atmosphere is friendly. There are very few guest visits.
