4 Bedrooms 2 Bath This posting is for one bedroom of the shared home, bath is shared with 2 others. This home is a 2 minute drive from RiNo just across the river, with tons of bars, breweries, and venues, as well as Whole Foods and light rail stops. There are also venues and bars like Globe Hall and Fort Greene just a couple blocks away.

Rent is $700/month Utilities not included (Average ~$65/mo) Pets not preferred, but considered on a case-by-case basis. Additional rent for pets. Lease is month to month, but those interested in longer term are preferred Deposit = 1st month’s rent

This is a community living situation. This means that we truly care for each others’ well being and happiness. Specifically, we’re looking for someone who is emotionally intelligent and very communicative. Someone who wants to make this place their home, and invest time into beautiful relationships and shared space. We have a cooperative agreement that is composed of rules we all vote on. We also share costs on shared items. No bigotry is tolerated in our home.

We have two cats. We are 1 female and 1 male in our 20s-30s. We love music and nature. We do smoke 420 together indoors, but we could discuss switching to outdoors if that bothers you.
