A PLACE OF PEACE!!! It’s a 3 bedroom/ 1 bathroom apartment to be shared with 3 other hard working ppl in a private home. Perfect fit for traveling nurses and/or students!!! I consider this vacant room to be a medium size room. While the furnished bedroom is your private space, other areas such as the kitchen and the bathroom will be shared and kept clean by occupants. Cleanliness is EXTREMELY important, so if you’re not someone who can keep a place tidy, then this is NOT the place for you! No (constant) over night guest! The neighbors are very friendly, and the neighborhood itself is very quiet. Near All forms of public transportation to and from manhattan and Yorkers. Blocks away from Blink fitness if you’re into fitness! A quick bus ride away from Bay Plaza mall! There is also a few choices for laundromats in the area. Very convenient area to live in!! Again if being “CLEAN” isn’t your thing, this is NOT the place for you!!
