Beautifully two story cared for home with a great room that overlooks the backyard with custom pergola that has two lighted ceiling fans and extra outlets, and the built-in BBQ has two grills!

Home is shared with one dog. No additional pets allowed. No smoking inside the house including e cigarettes and vape pens.

Property is located in west valley near major shopping and employer (Amazon, UPS, FedEx, Subzero and more.) Minutes to highway.

Bedroom available for rent that will share a bathroom. Each room rents for $750/month. Renters will have full access to upstairs loft that includes smart TV. Full access to laundry room. Property is professionally cleaned twice a month. Cleaning staff will need access to bedrooms and bathrooms (non negotiable) Renter will have storage space in pantry and refrigerator but may keep a mini fridge in room if desired.

Renter will have full use of kitchen. Please be mindful and clean up behind yourself. We are all adults and want to enjoy a clean safe home.

We are an outgoing family of three adults. We like to entertain occasionally and looking for renters that are outgoing and friendly. We also have a 3 year old grandson that visits once a month.
