We have access to a pool and the gym and you can have party’s anytime you want just have to ask to use the facilities parking is preaty good mostly street but if your car doesn’t leak I dont mind if you park in the driveway

Well I work days but my roommate works nights we r both females I own the home and she rents a room from me . I think we get along great we do work for the same company . And I have never rented to anyone outside of our company but times r hard .
