You would have a decent sized room and private bathroom down the hall from ours. A large kitchen, dining room, and kitchen make the space very comfortable. .3 miles to Potomac Metro, within 10 min walking distance to bars, cafes, and grocery stores.

Hey! My partner and I are moving to D.C. from New Mexico as he got a new job. He works hybrid for the National Holocaust Memorial Museum and I work remotely for the City of Las Vegas. We’re looking for someone to join us on a lease for our new townhouse. A little bit more about us:

• We have 3 animals: 2 chihuahuas(who are our assistance animals), and 1 cat. All are friendly and well behaved.
• Love trying new beers and going to weekly bar trivia.
• I’ve been playing D&D for close to 15 years now! Love board games, gaming, and all sorts of nerdy stuff.
• We’re typically quiet and need someone who knows how to keep a peaceful environment.
• VERY clean and need someone who will also be the same and contribute to household chores evenly.
• Overall easy going people who are just looking for someone else like minded.
