About the room
I am looking for a roommate for my 2 bedroom, one bath apartment located in Providence, RI. The home is about 1 block from Brown’s campus located in Fox Point. Laundry in unit, parking in driveway, plus a small back yard! The bedroom featured in the photos is the one available for rent. It is labeled as “office” in the attached floor plan. Furniture in that space will be removed prior to moving in, but that is how the space is currently set up. About half of the current furniture in the living spaces will be staying as well. Rent is $1225 per month + about $50 in utilities every month. Please let me know if you’re interested!
