This is a room made out of black thick curtain in one side. Other side is the kitchen. If you have a 9-5 job, you have a studio apartment experience just by your self, as I only usually use the kitchen during weekdays 6 am - 2 pm.

$2 k before you move in. $1 k = First months rent. $1 k = Last months rent.
