Will verify employment! Possible credit check The room is very nice with a closet that is mid-size, plenty of room for your clothing. Currently, you will be the only roommate, unless we decide to rent out the other room. The bathroom is next to the bedroom. Will be shared when we have occasional guests a few times a year. The property is fairly new and in a good area close to shopping and a 5-minute drive to downtown Lodi.

Two professionals males with very busy schedules. Easy to get along with. Private, keep to ourselves, super clean!!! Common areas must stay tidy. We have our own lives and schedules, so there won’t be much interaction, with the exception of hello when we see you.
