Fully Furnished bedroom, brand new mattress, clean and boho inspired décor. 2 Blocks away from Sail Bay, location is close to 5 & 8 highway to make commuting much easier. Small complex with other young Professionals as our neighbors! Quite part of town, washer and dyer is shared with complex but affordable and usually available! Parking would be on the street but willing to share my spot depending on our schedules :) I am looking for a FEMALE age 27-35, preferably someone who also likes Dogs. I have a 2 yr old pup named Moose, he is 25 lbs and a ball of energy.

I’m 34 yr old female, I work M-F as a financial professional, in Carlsbad. Friday and Saturday nights I work at a nightclub and Sundays I’m usually cleaning apartment, out in the sun or resting on the couch! Other neighbors are awesome, quiet and very nice.
