Welcome home! We have a beautiful 2,300 sq ft home with 4 large bedrooms and 2 brand new bathrooms for rent. Each individual room is rented separately and you will only be sharing each bathroom with one other person. The house features a spacious family, living, and dining room with freshly painted interiors throughout. The house has a brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances as well as recently renovated bathrooms, laundry room, and flooring throughout. You will have access to the laundry room with a brand new washer and dryer. The house is a corner lot so there is plenty of parking and you won’t ever have to worry about “finding a spot” (I know we’ve all been there, looking at your apartment complexes). We have a large backyard with stamped concrete as well as a front yard. 🏡

The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood within walking distance from a large park (Watkins Park) and multiple other attractions including Cleo’s Bodega & Cafe, biking trails, and other activities. We are 5 minutes from downtown Indianapolis and less than 7 minutes from Butler University, Marian University, IUPUI, and Ivy Tech Community College. 🚲🎓☕

The rent includes all utilities: wifi, cleaning supplies, smart locks, paper products (aka toilet paper and paper towels), lawn care, and twice monthly maid service (they will be cleaning all common spaces/bathrooms but you will still be, of course, expected to keep spaces clean in between visits). The lease term is for 6-12 months. Shorter lease terms may be available at an additional cost.

We will require a security deposit of $500, a background check, and a credit check. The application fee is $35. We are looking for people to move in at the beginning of August, so please reach out!

Hi everyone! I am a Marketing Specialist in Downtown Indianapolis. I recently graduated with a BBA-Marketing and started a full-time position. I like to travel, cook, and work out. I am originally from Wisconsin where I attended high school and college. I moved to Indianapolis in June and am looking to grow in my career and meet new people while exploring the area.
