Looking for another roommate for a 3 bed 1 bath house in the north of West Valley City. Private room, nice sized backyard, off street parking, what you’d expect. It’s a good location, close to a big shopping center, some parks, the airport and the highway if you wanna head to Salt Lake. Rent is gonna be around $750 depending on utilities(we split them evenly so there’s a bit of flux depending). It will be a one year lease that we will all be on. Both of us are both guys who work at the airport in our 20’s and 30’s. There is one ESA pet in a house, a hypoallergenic dog - basenji breed, about 18lbs.
