3 bedroom house in the village, looking for 1 roommate. Available room is downstairs, comes with 2 bedroom closets, and a private bathroom. I live in the upstairs bedroom, value my privacy, and will respect yours. Pets are not out of the question, open to that conversation! All utilities are included in the asking price.

I’m either working, with family/friends, or upstairs in my room typically. I plan on cooking more often, but privacy is a big plus. I don’t party, and won’t have any in the house, but cannabis on the back porch is chill.
