Hey all! I’m looking to sublease my beautiful studio apartment. This apartment is located at the heart of Capital Hill, 13th, and Sherman. Walking to the street corner the state capital and the Denver Museum are in view. With plenty of amazing food choices and local coffee shops. The rent would be $1192 a month with move-in as early as 9/1, the lease ending 8/26/24. Small dogs and cats are allowed 2 maximum. I have already paid the pet deposit for 2 pets so if you have pets you’d only need to pay an additional $30 per month per pet. I would need a security deposit from the new tenant $700. I

only lived here for 2 months, and the apartment is in like condition to when I first moved in. The buildings feature plenty of options for on-site laundry, a workout area, and access to the building through a phone app. The studio is 340 square feet in total with a living area, kitchen, bathroom, and a very large closet.
