Sunny, private front bedroom in a nicely curated house. I am a 37y/o school counselor. I am married, but my husband’s job is based out of Chicago, so 80-90% of the time I am here alone. I also don’t have work over the summer and spend most of my time off in Chicago, so you would have the house to yourself for several months.
All utilities are included in rent. There is a parking space in back of the house that is available for an additional fee.
