This Not a party house we are Day workers and not up at night.. $1300 includes utilities Wifi,Cable,Laundry..Large size room available, also comes with full use of common areas. Super large Kithchen. Comes with use of your own refrigerator to store your food ..I do have back patio to enjoy as well. You also will have use of my Laundry and use of the community pool and jacuzzi which is like 100ft from my unit..My unit is alrmed and outside perimeter Cameras for safety and ring camera at front door..There will be 2 of us there.. 3 of us total…Military prefered but open to others..
