Lincoln Highway

This is a 4 bedroom house with 2 full bathrooms. I have a large driveway so you will have space to park your vehicle. It’s located in Franklin Park on Route 27 rite in middle of many stores and restraunts. It’s about a 7 min drive from the New Brunswick Train Station. The extra bedroom is upstairs. It’s been freshly painted gray and white deep cleaned. There are 2 closets in the room one is a large closet that goes back deep and to hang your clothes the other is a storage space very big. There are two windows which brings in a nice breeze at nite but if you want to put an air conditioner or fan up you are welcome to. I also have a brand new bed frame and new mattress that you can use if you need to. There is also a 40 inch flatscreen tv that you are allowed to use while you stay here if you need to.I currently use the room for a little storage stuff but I can remove the stuff asap. It’s not a noisey home and you would feel comfortable and safe. I have a small front yard with driveway and a backyard. I’ve been doing the yardwork but if you have any experience in cutting grass or weedwacking we will work something out with the rent amount or security deposit. Also if you are good at fixing things I need the upstairs shower looked at I can take off money . I have a big deep freezer in my garage that you can use for your frozen food. You may also use the main refrigerator in the kitchen if needed. You will have access to cook your own meals. I also do alot of cooking so we can work something out. In my basement I have a brand new large set of a washer and dryer for an additional 20 dollars a month you can have access to wash and dry your clothes and use the detergent. We also have xfinity wifi and cable. You are welcome to have a guest over to hang out but not stay longer than 3 or 4 days. You also can buy an outside lock for your door and install it if you would feel more comfortable. This home is safe and so are your belongings.

It’s me and my two children that live in this house. I have a 18 yr old and 7 year old. My 18 works as a server at I hop and starts college in the fall and my 7 yr old is in elementary school and camp in the summer time. They are good kids not loud or wild and they both will respect your privacy. We are a cool family that’s close and loves each other. There are 3 cats also in our home fully trained good cats they won’t bother you.
