Sorry no pets, no smokers, no couples, no sleep overs. You must be Clean, Responsible, Trustworthy, have NO Criminal Record and VACCINATED against Covid.

We Specialize in room rentals for short-term Female Traveling Medical Professionals like Traveling Nurses, Doctor’s in Resident/ Interns, Occupational Therapist, and College Students with a 2 - 12 months lease.

Welcome to your home away from home, your place to relax and rejuvenate after a long day at work or school. Your room has Wi-Fi and a flat screen TV.

Background checks will be requested and completed by Tenant Background Search for non-Nurses. Background checks are waived for traveling nurses. You will receive a link to Tenant Background Search by e-mail so you can provide them with your information and payment ($33.00). We will credit your payment to your first month’s rent in the event you rent from us. When your background check is completed, I will receive a copy from Tenant and will let you know if we think you’re a good match for us.

You must be able to provide a copy of your work verification letter or a copy of your contract with Christiana Care, for Students proof of college admission like a receipt of tuition bill with your name on it. please provide your full name, e-mail, move in - move out dates.

Our cancellation policy: You can cancel at any time before your arrival or during your stay. If your contract changes during your stay just let me know and we will end your lease based on your contract end date. Money is not required until the day you move in.
