Located in Chester County, Kennett Square, PA this lovely townhouse is only two blocks from historic Kennett Square with all its amenities, including a brand new state-of-the art library, wonderful restaurants and shops, and the Kindergarden Center for the Kennett School District a block and a half away. Our YMCA is adjacent to the new Kennett Library in town. This is an active community that includes varied opportunities and activities for all ages. It s a great small and vibrant town.
About the roomies
I would like a female to rent this property with me. I have a 5 year old son, and it would be very nice if the interested party would also have a child. The woman would have to be friendly, clean, tidy, considerate and she would have to order a Child Clearance Certificate.
